I was looking for a specific model of an A3 and found one in a great colour online at E&B. Only problem, I was in Glasgow and it was 420 miles away. No problem says Andy, I can deliver in person tomorrow. But buying a car without seeing it beforehand requires a lot of faith. Andy was really helpful in answering my questions and provided an extended warranty and kept in touch on his journey. 24 hrs after first seeing the car it was dropped off in tip top condition. The car is excellent as was service.

We found E&B Motors through Autotrader, whilst looking for a small almost new car. This was the first time we had not been to a main dealer for buying a car and we were somewhat apprehensive about not using a main dealer.

On arriving at the showroom we found a very friendly team. Andy the sales person arranged for the car to be brought out in the open area of the showroom so we could inspect it properly. He then gave us the key and said if you need any help or information he will be in the Office. This was not what we expected and was very pleasant as there was no sales person hovering around at all.

I then asked if we could take the car for a test drive and once again Andy was very accommodating. We took it for a spin and the car was exactly as described in the advert.

Once we decided to purchase the car we went to the office and again Andy was extremely friendly and very helpful.

We had a car to trade-in and Andy took it for a spin with one of the team. On his return he had a few questions and then made us an offer. All very professional whilst being friendly.

A deal was done. Andy then helped with taxing our new car and we were all finished.

This was one of the most painless experiences we have ever had when buying a car. No sales patter, the team was very friendly and professional and at no time did we feel pressured to buy the car.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I would use them again.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys in February and the team were very friendly and approachable; a refreshing change from the usual used car dealership atmosphere. At the time we were promised that they 'look after' all their customers and true to their word, 6 months later when the a/c needed re-charging ,they agreed to do so free of charge despite not being part of the official guaruntee. They even helped we with a tyre pressure warning problem and offered me an ice-cream!!! Seems nothing is too much. Highly recommend a visit, whether your in the market for some new wheels or just need a mechanic.
